Everything except one thing : the staff is very nice, it is very clean breakfast very good. But I wish they stop playing this awful and electronic around the swimming pool. It is a pity because the garden and swimming pool are so beautiful and could be peaceful without this terrible music that makes the moment around the pool stressful despite it should be restful and relaxing.

the hotel ..very modern with gorgoues outdoor areas Happy hour at the pool bar Pool bar staff awesome.. Remembered our coffee order.. Breakfast food selection was amazing Staff friendly.

Great value hotel in Ubud. Has all the modern hotel facilities that you may need. Staffs are very helpful, especially when they attend to my lost and found after checking out.

The staff were lovely and attentive, always offering to help in any way they can. The location is peaceful and scenic, not too far from the action but secluded enough to be quiet and serene. It was my mother's birthday vacation and the staff arranged a welcome cake for her upon arrival. I cannot fault this level of care and service. Our room was spacious, very clean and modern with beautiful views over the pool and garden. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I have never before come across such an endless array of food and beverage options, including both western and Indonesian cuisines - we were spoilt for choice. If I return to Ubud, I would not stay anywhere else because this was unbeatable value for money.

Nice staff. Good location. Away from the noisy part of Ubud, yet not long taxi type ride to center. Good breakfast with lots of choices from Indonesian to Indian to Western style. Our room was close to pool, so it was nice to walk to pool area and sit in lounge chairs and go swimming. Also had a nice spa and adequate gym. Gym was small but had treadmill and weights.

The rooms are very clean, calm, specious and luxurious 👏🏼👏🏼 The service is just exceptional 👌🏼 The breakfast and the menus for food and beverages are delicious 😋 If I come back to Bali I will definitely visit Element by Westin again, my family just loved the hotel. Karina in the front desk and her colleagues was great 👍🏼 Ade and the shuttle bus service for the sunset walk are just lovely people 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The housekeeping service is very fast and super clean. Many other details I liked about the hotel, especially the smile of every single staff member all day, the ginger tea they prepared to my wife when she got a bit sick, the wats app service availability every second in the day. Just awesome 👏🏼

Attentive and professional staff, especially in Front Desk. The restaurant managed our food allergies in a very nice way, we felt very safe. The breakfast had an egg station, different coffe/tea to order and a buffet with a great number of choices, we were very happy with that. The lunch and dinner meals were delicious. Well equipped rooms. The entire hotel was very clean. The pool and pool bar provided a great place to relax. We can also recommend the laundry service and the massage.

Beautifully situated, with modern amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The staff is truly amazing. While I did come across some comments about typical tropical country issues like humidity, mosquitoes, and weather, I found them to be quite expected. What truly impressed me were the accurate pictures of the hotel—no outdated images with filters or angles that exaggerate space and beauty. The reality matched the expectations set by those pictures, and my experience was nothing short of great.😊

The location of the resort (close to all prime spots in Ubud), just a 10-15 mins ride away. Excellent buffet breakfast with so much to eat and try with variety of options at their restaurant, extremely courteous and helpful staff, hospitality and service was top notch! We also received a daily credit of 200,000 per day for us to use any of their services (food, drinks, electric scooter etc) which was very useful as we are in the restaurant a couple of times basically free. Rooms are big enough with nice cozy balcony and they were kind enough to decorate the bed on our anniversary with rose petals. Highly recommended!
