The staff were lovely and attentive, always offering to help in any way they can. The location is peaceful and scenic, not too far from the action but secluded enough to be quiet and serene. It was my mother's birthday vacation and the staff arranged a welcome cake for her upon arrival. I cannot fault this level of care and service. Our room was spacious, very clean and modern with beautiful views over the pool and garden. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I have never before come across such an endless array of food and beverage options, including both western and Indonesian cuisines - we were spoilt for choice. If I return to Ubud, I would not stay anywhere else because this was unbeatable value for money.

Being in a wheelchair, it's difficult to pick places to go see in Bali, as not everything is accessible. We can really recommend the Elements Resort in Ubud!

It is a pity because the garden and swimming pool are so beautiful and could be peaceful without this terrible music that makes the moment around the pool stressful despite it should be restful and relaxing.

Our room was close to pool, so it was nice to walk to pool area and sit in lounge chairs and go swimming. Also had a nice spa and adequate gym. Gym was small but had treadmill and weights.
